Looking for his lady love in Japan, a Chinese migrant finds out that she already takes on a Japanese identity and has eventually married an upcoming Yakuza chief. Jackie Chan befriends fellow foreign migrants and joins the Yakuza. However, later on he quits the group and makes a new life. But when he learns that his friends are being used for the illegal activities of the Yakuza, he resurfaces and joins a group that will come face to face with the Yakuza.

This is a dark movie that will still make fans of Jackie Chan applaud.
